Manne was born in Nigeria, West Africa. He has led three previous church plants, in Nigeria, The Netherlands and in the USA. In 2015, he moved his family from Baltimore, MD, to Pearland, TX, driven by the vision of a new life-giving church that would invite people from diverse backgrounds into relationship with Christ and with one another. Eventually that vision was launched on September 26, 2021.
Rebecca grew up in Springfield, MA. Her family moved to Houston, TX when she was a teenager. After finishing high school in Massachusetts, she attended Rice University and obtained a BA in Psychology. She later attended the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston School of Public Health and obtained both a Masters and a Doctorate in Public Health.
